Great episode, Isabelle! My main reason for not doing what I say i’ll do is forgetting what I promised! The “Reminders” app for iPhone (iPod in my case) has been a life-saver. Given that I have it on me while I’m training clients, any action items I commit to are written down immediately.

Really, Great video. Many time i found the same situation as you point out Isabelle. I try my best to client deadline however my developers and consult companies always disappointed me, So I have decided if the consult company say i will deliver on 10, i say to my client, you will get on 13. I agree that Reliability is more important to build and run a good and long term business. So i must say when you have date of delivery than please tell your client the delivery date 2 days after cause it put you on safe place against the client and you don’t need to ashamed off.. Thanks Isabelle to putting this video ..
