Great to see you both talking about the benefits of small biz bookkeeping. Years ago, when transitioning to a new bookkeeper Isabelle recommended Melody to me. She is different from the other bookkeepers that I have used because she is truly interested in making spreadsheets work for the user not for the accounting system. Together we have creatively put together monthly metrix pages that I can read and as Isabelle says ‘tweek throughout the year”. I would recommend having a chat with Melody to see what she can do for you.

As a Facilitator for the Women’s Enterprise Centre Peer Mentoring program (now there’s a mouthful!) we just discussed the benefits no, actually the necessity, of having a bookkeeper and not just an accountant.
