How I try to make things work better in my business:
1) Flickr for people to download photos easily
2) Skype, so we don’t have to travel to meet.
Unfortunately, many businesses are still out of touch with these two tools!

I second that thanks for the speech illustration! It’s a good reminder to me to verbally communicate what I feel to my clients a little more as I tend to be a bit too structured with my words and more expressive with my work :)
And that connects right to your question; “How do you make life better?” it all comes down to honesty and love. Always be honest with every relationship that you create (business and personal) and share what you love with people. Honesty creates strong, lasting relationships and sharing what you love creates love!
