Re: Trip Advisor’s handling of the hacking incident…
I find people are much more forgiving and understanding of an honest mistake that you explain and apologize for, rather than a failed attempted cover-up, or plain denial.
As you mentioned in the episode, it’s not really the hiccup that matters, it’s the way in which you handle it that remains in people’s memory!
Your crazy! I quit my Monday to Friday 9-5 job SO THAT I could work 12 hour days EACH day of the week!
