Let me first say that I loved your ending about “Leaper”… I always watch your videos until the last second because we never know what will come up and I love your sense of humor !!! So, your videos provide both excellent business tips and lots of fun !!!
I was so happy to see you address the issue of treating your “regular” customers better than the new ones… or at least keeping a balance between the two. I have always felt frustrated with the “perks” given to new customers of companies I have been in business with for a lifetime… My feeling is always the same: “What am I? Chopped liver?”
I have always made a point of informing my “regular” customers about the perks that I am giving to new customers and that they automatically get, and have always received positive feedback about it from my “regulars”, not to mention the added business as they want to make sure they stay on my “regular” list.

My best clients KNOW exactly what my annual sales calendar is. TWICE a year I offer a 50% off sale. The people who have been loyal clients with me are ‘in’ on the calendar and so they come back every time for the deal, plus they buy at the regular price throughout the year! I don’t ‘chase’ clients, I do my best to serve them reliably. My product is worth buying at regular price, and is also worth stocking up on at 50% off!
