Keeping them in the loop…good or bad and delivering on what I say I am going to do. Those 2 things are key to building trust and loyalty.
Fraser! If you ever read this, I want to know what you have done to increase your customer loyalty as your business mainly online and more product oriented. It would be interesting to know more about what you have done that has worked and not worked.

I was recently helping out a Luxury Villa in greece to get more busines back to them. We started a program that existing customers will get 10% of any friends that they refer to the villas. A bit like an affiliate program but more based on friendship and word of mouth.
It is working out quite good for them. =)
